Best supplement for allergies and immune system
Works wonders for my allergies! Won’t be caught without quercetin. Small/medium size capsule, so easy to swallow. Can still use other antihistamines with quercetin. Highly recommend.

Helps with MCAS that is GI prominent
I tried other brands of Quercetin previously and thought it a waste of money. One of the brands was on Amazon, brown glass bottle with a golden screw cap. I forgot I ever tried Quercetin when my doctor told me to try it again. After going up to twice a day after a few weeks, and maybe a month of use, I regained my appetite that I havnt had for years. I was later diagnosed with MCAS. Easy to take, no side effects.

My Dr. prescribed this for me
Quercetin has many benefits and Pure Encapsulation is a trusted brand. This product is authentic but if you buy a knock off-which will have the same bottle, lot number a total copy in every way it will not contain any of the ingredient it proports to be. You have to do your research! Pattern is the seller of this and other supplement brands on Amazon. To avoid fake knock offs I have called the reputable companies I buy from and they have all cofirmed that Pattern is the only authorized seller of their products.

FOR ALLERGY RELIEF
I take Quercetin to lessen the severity of seasonal allergies. Often, I take it with FREEZE-DRIED stinging nettle LEAF. I'd much rather take herbal remedies than an antihistamine. No more Zyrtec, for me! Anyhoo, each of these Pure Encapsulations capsules contains 95% Quercetin Anhydrous w/o any unnecessary ingredients. It is not Sophora Japonica, but it's just as effective.
