I used this after upper and lower bleph (eye) surgery. I looked like a raccoon with deep red and purple eyes. I'm talking shockingly bruised. I started taking this about 4 days post surgery. It started working very quickly. Noone could believe how fast my bruising started to disappear. I wish I would have started the day before surgery but I didn't know if the Dr would approve. He told me on the day of surgery that I could take them but they wouldn't do much. I highly recommend these. I had a complete turnaround once I started them.

Great product which really helped with my pain, bruising and soreness post shoulder replacement surgery. I continued to take it to ensure the soreness and bruising was not aggravated by the simple exercises I was expected to do daily.

I have used Arnica in the past for healing a bruise more quickly. My husband is on blood thinners, and he recently gave himself a real "shiner" by rubbing his eye a little too hard during an allergy attack. It looked like he had been in a brawl. I ordered these Arnica tablets for him, and we were both amazed at how quickly they helped his eye to heal. He said at the beginning he didn't expect them to have any effect. He was wrong! His eye is now almost completely healed and looks almost normal again. This is a great product.

Really works but unfortunately after taking it for several weeks learned that it interferes with an RX prescription I am presently taking. Had to stop taking it. This is not a negative review because it does what it says.

I got this in advance of cosmetic surgery I was planning for August 2025. That got moved to June 2026. In the meantime, I wanted to test these out pre surgery. I bruise easily and tend to stay bruised for a good bit. It’s really annoying. Simply cleaning or moving boxes can be the worse offenders, so I ended up with a couple small bruises on my arm and leg. I clocked them, it took like 9-10 days to fully dissipate. I got another one, similarly and started the arnica right away. It seems like at first nothing is happening but I woke up day 4 and it was starting to turn (lighten up), compared to like day 6/7. By day 6 it was gone. It just needs to get in your system and work, then bam! I’m currently using as I had a laproscopic abdominal surgery April 2026 and all of my bruises are lightening up quickly. Swelling is up and down. I got the tea to drink too but I read it shouldn’t be consumed so may stop. I’m 9 days PO and got a gnarly bruise on my hip. Not sure what they did, but it’s huge, deep and dark. Even it is fading. I was not on these from day 1 as I was really tired and just focused on pain management and rest. I started day 3 post op and will continue probably until week 3. Then I need to buy more for the June surgery.

I can’t use NSAIDS. This natural remedy really helps relieve pain and starts working quickly. Pleasant taste.
