Great source of protein!
Finding enough protein for your diet can be hard, these cups make it easy to add protein to your day. They are very tasty and filling. I love the variety pack so I’m getting a good mix of choices. An easy way to start the day of right. The mixes cook well and are not powdery or chalky. There is some sweetness but not over powering. It’s a great deal for the variety you get.

These are great for me to grab and take to work for a high protein snack. I love the flavors and convenience of the packaging. My young adult kids love them too and it is a great way for me to get more protein in them without nagging, lol!

Easy Variety with oatmeals, flapjacks and "brownies" of all flavors
Super easy breakfast or snack for my kids with a variety of flavors. Full of protein too. Sugar count is not terrible,but could be better. I think the Kodiak cakes could work to bring down the sweetness level a little bit with less sugar and not add any fake sugar to it.

Expectations lacking
First things first, the variety is not what's pictured, and there was no magnet included. However, the flavors I received were ok. I only wish my expectations were met properly.

REALLY good, little pricey
Quality product, good flavor and easy to use. Pancakes and muffins take a couple times to get right so wasted a couple learning. Would buy again.

The flavors are pretty bland and need salt

Lots of protein and excellent taste.
I am 71 and have always tied to eat healthy. The taste of all the Kodiak products is excellent. Ease in preparation. The cost is more, however I don't eat meat, therefor am not paying the exorbitant meet prices.
