Oil paint without the headache. Cleans up with soap and water. No need for solvents. Pigment is rich and beautiful. Can use water to water down or to dry faster for underpainting and 1st/2nd layer, can use oil medium at anytime, but good for last layers of details and excellent blending. Love this paint. Just need to hit the lotto now so I can buy every color in bulk haha 😆 Seriously though, I highly recommend. 💜

I have been using "Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colours" and they work great. They are none toxic, easy to clean up and seam to have a lot of pigment, however, I have never conducted a side by side comparison with other brands of oil paints. So, there maybe better paints, but these are pretty good and I have no complaints.

Water mixable oils are wonderful. They mix well, no smell and perform just like oil paint. I used oil paints for many years. Then I was renting a small studio apartment. The smell of regular oil paint was overwhelming in a small space. I tried these and am so pleased. They feel like oil paint, look like oil paint. . All the benefits with no toxins. I do use a water mixable medium with them . But cleanup with water, and brushes clean with a little bit of soap if you need it.

Arrived in perfect condition, smells as an oil paint should smell, spreads and covers the canvas nicely when using linseed oil, and sticks great to the canvas. Just make sure to let oil paint dry properly before touching or it'll smudge. The quality is very good and blends with other oil paints without any issue. The color is exactly what it should be.

Work great. Nice and thick. Only need to use a little dab.

These are very good. Especially, if you work with palette knife!

Lorsque j'ai découvert la peinture à l'huile soluble à l'eau, ma vie d'artiste a changé. Plus d'odeur de solvants nocifs pour la santé . La gamme artisan de Winsor&Newton offre une belle palette de couleurs riches en pigments. Cette peinture "modifiée" offre les mêmes caractéristiques qu'un huile traditionnelle pour ce qui est du temps de séchage et ce beau rendu un peu satiné. Je recommande vivement ce médium révolutionnaire

Can't go wrong with Windsor and Newton and this is a great quality paint considering they describe it as a medium Q. Arrived quickly.
