I’ve been really impressed with Heliocare Capsules. After adding them to my routine, I’ve noticed a big difference in how my skin handles sun exposure. I still use sunscreen, of course, but these give me an extra layer of confidence, especially on days when I’m outside longer than planned. They’re easy to take and don’t upset my stomach, which is a huge plus. Over time, my skin seems less prone to redness and irritation, and I feel like my overall tone looks more even. I also appreciate that they’re backed by research and commonly recommended for skin protection support. Overall, I’m really happy with the results and plan to keep using them as part of my daily routine—definitely worth it if you’re looking for added sun protection support from the inside out.

I wanted to take these supplements for over 60 days before I give my review. I suffer from hyperpigmentation that is activated by UV light, heat and hormones. I was on prescription tranexamic acid oral pills and face cream from another company that was expensive and really didn't noticed any difference in lightening of my hyperpigmentation so I decided to get off of it. I researched this product since it works like an internal sunscreen. Let me say I use this product along with other skincare products for dark spots/hyperpigmentation and use sunscreen every single day. I noticed that this keep my hyperpigmentation from re-pigmenting and getting darker. I still have slight marks but they are not darkening. So I have to say using this product along with sunscreen everyday this has helped me immensely.

Product is excellent! I've had chest/skin/itching/blisters from being in the heat/sun for many years. 2 years ago, it started spreading to my lower neck and upper arms as well. My dermatologist recommended I take these whenever I'm going to be in the sun. Don't need to take every day. Just when I know I'll be in the heat/sun. Not one blister since!!!!!! Only reason not a 5 is, the box it came in was all crushed (didn't effect the plastic bottle ). Not delivery company fault. It was packed inside Amazon box with other orders.

It works!! I can’t believe it. I get terrible PMLE from vacation sun exposure and right away in the summer. Terrible raised, puffy, itchy rash on my arms, chest and shins. I started this Heliocare preventively a couple months before my vacation in February and during my trip. Rash is maybe 5% of what it usually is. I took two a day the last few days of my vacation to see if it would even help further, and it did. I’m sold!! I will never be without this product again. I go on another trip to Mexico in April, so I will just keep taking this between now and then… Who knows… I may just keep taking one a day all summer long as we live on a lake and are in the sun a lot. I’d give it 10 stars if I could! I’ve had PMLE for 30 years from sun exposure so I am very pleased there is a solution. Recommend!!

Protects your skin from damaging sun rays.

I’m giving this a five because my dermatologist recommended it. I don’t know if it works, but it does have niacin in it, and it does not make me flush. If it works, I’ll be very happy to have protection from the sun.

These supplement are great! I bought theses a few times and my skin has improved a lot! I ran out two months ago and my skin reacted to not having them, I bought more and my skin us doing better! Thank you! Ill be a repeat customer for a while!

My essential supplement for Summer days and tropical vacation. It has some studies on it so I want to believe damage is reduced while taking this.
