I'm 35 and...
I have been struggling with lower back pain for 2 years now ,some days its worse than other but pain is there. It just happened while I was cleaning my cabinets . Now this supplement one of my family members recommended it to me and at first I didn't believe it would stop my pain because I have tried almost everything and the pain keept coming back . Ive been taking this supplement for the 6 day today and I take 1 pill a day ,and amazingly my pain is gone 👌😁 I will continue this till I finish the box and see how things go. GREAT VALUE AND EASY TO SWALLOW
Long established company and a great supplement that does what it says on the tin! The tablets are medium size and their flat, oval shape make them easy to swallow in my opinion. Obviously, if you struggle to swallow anything bigger than an aspirin you may need to get used to them but in time they will go down a treat so just persevere is my advice! The benefits make it worthwhile as no calcium/magnesium tablet is tiny and this is one of the best on the market.

Could not live without these
Yes these are large tablets so may be difficult to swallow for some but ive been ordering these for years for my mum and myself. They are amazing all year round but especially during the winter months when the weather is horrible, i take these to help with SAD and they absolutely do work.
