The belts are thicker as they get more resistance. There are enough resistance variables so you can use the one you want. The door-holding tool works well. These will last a long time.

Great bands! Use at least twice a week for door anchor exercises and with my resistance band straight and curl bars. Nice when I want to mix up my training a little or want a lighter workout. Will purchase again.

My boyfriend and I use these resistance loops daily and really like them, they were perfect for traveling. The door hanger attachment is a nice bonus. One star off because the strongest band tore after only two weeks at the point where the two ends were joined together, but we're still able to use it as a straight band so it's okay :)
