Didn't last very long before it was burst. The idea of the item did seem to work to help with calming at school but the product itself did not last long enough to make it worth while getting it. I will get another brand and hope for better quality and similar results.

Exactly what I needed and expected

I bought this because I had a theory it would be just as effective for posture/back pain as the two ergonomic kneeling chairs I'd recently tried and been disappointed by. It isn't, but I suspect that's because it's inflatable, and would work better made of decent foam. It's basically a thick-walled and wedge-shaped balloon, and as such does what any balloon would do when pressure is applied - it distorts. Imagine a puffer fish with corners; not a lot of good for aiding posture. Yet I almost gave it four stars (but read on). Well, it's versatile. I bought it with the intention of laying it flat on my office chair, and that's what didn't work well. It's a lot better stood on end as an additional back support when reading in bed, tucked behind a pillow. With one side flat and the other knobbly, it makes quite a nice footrest. And as an un-strenuous exercise device, it's a lot of fun to stand on while trying not to fall off - and that's mainly what I'll be using it for. I had to experiment with fill volume, but that was part of the fun. It comes with an adaptor nozzle, but you'll need a pump. Update: failed after 4 days, with air escaping at the slightest pressure. For inflating you poke the provided nozzle into a hole on one side. It needs a proper valve with cap. Avoid.
