I was looking for a metal whisk with a round handle and ordered this one to make my favorite Flourless Chocolate Cake and it was just what I wanted. Excellent quality and well constructed, the handle won't bend or melt. The end is sealed with a cap and also has a hook on it so you can hang it up to store. The whisk itself is lightweight, yet sturdy enough to make a pretty thick batter. It is comfortable to hold and handle. This whisk is also easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.

This is high quality, but it is too big for my needs. I rarely use it.

This product feels sturdy and looks good. I am giving four stars for two reasons.1. This handle takes in water. This is less than ideal since that can cause rust and other problems. The nice thing, however, is that the bottom comes out with enough pulling and wiggling. I have yet to use this product, but it feels like it will work well and last.2. Not product, but company related -- this company, Gourmetics, has decided it's a good idea to put a homemade brand sticker on the product, IN ADDITION to the business sleeve they place over the handle. Removing the sticker is a pain in the butt and the reason I found out that the handle takes in water (had to soak it).

Flimsy and light. Didn't seem like it would last more than a few uses. Returned.

Great whisk. Sturdy like a professional whisk, but not ugly like professional kitchen whisks...this has a nice finish. I have a huge whisk that I never use, so I end up using my small whisks. Not anymore... this is just the perfect size. Well made and nice looking.

Does the job. I like that it hangs, is all stainless steel. The handle's light weight is a little worrying but makes senses considering the wire used in the whisk itself is so thick. Seems more appropriate to carry into an alley chef rumble than to whip cream.I wish I could find a whisk like the French one my mother had. It was truly was shaped like a balloon, many wire loops, right gauge for really getting air into things.

Nice whisk with a long handle that is comfortable to grip.
