First issue I had with this is it’s not a steam mop. But that was on me, I didn’t pay attention to the description. I had searched for “steam mops” and this popped up so I didn’t fully pay attention to the details. I did think for the price though, it REALLY should be a steam mop. That is a pretty pricey “electric mop”. I found other steam mops for around the same price. But I was in need of a mop because the last one I had, broke on me and I was desperate to clean my floors. The next issue I had which was big, to spray the water onto the floor, is a small push button on the base of the mop, no trigger on the handle to spray. Instead you have to press it each time with your foot to spray the water which I found to be a huge nuisance, and if you bend to press it each time and you have a bigger house, that’s even more of a nuisance. The next issue is because it is battery operated, the handle of the machine is pretty heavy, so trying to maneuver it while the pads are spinning, my wrists were sore by the time I was done with my floors, and I only did 3 rooms. The biggest issue I had was it just flat out stopped working. I had charged both batteries before I even started, both batteries were fully charged, but it just stopped. I tried both batteries, I’d try taking the batteries out and put back in, then it’d work for about 10 seconds before it’d stop again. There were no jams, the machine wasn’t hot and I was using just water. The tank was still full of water, so I don’t know why it would stop working. After that issue I said forget it, it wasn’t worth the price or the headaches I had with it, I boxed it up and sent it back the very next day. I was too frustrated with it by then.

surprisingly effective. light weight, maneuverable. power switch is in an awkward spot on the handle. I tended to keep hitting it, effectively shutting it off. adequate power, battery lasted while I scrubbed my entire garage. had to lightly press down to get a good scrub. works best with a little soap. Don't know if I'll ever use low or medium speeds. I only used the brushes, so far. It comes with a wall bracket but can't figure out how it can possibly hang the scrubber. I would recommend.

Amazing!!! The item info specifically states this product will not stand up to industrial use... "home use only" ... BS!!! If this thing quit today I'd be happy with it i have definitely gotten my money's worth. I have been scrubbing a large kennel daily with this bad boy for 3 months!! Battery power drops to 50% with 3 out of 4 lights left but I just swap out as it came w TWO batteries!!! One day it made an almost inaudible squealing noise but I caught it quickly one of the brushes was coming off as the screw had come loose inside but was able to fix it before any damage was done and the cleaning solution tank only worked for a few weeks now when I push the button it might come on it might not but I'm cleaning such a large space that tank isn't even big enough and I have a sprayer that I spray ahead with so that didn't even matter to me. Amazon I love you but I found the same brush on temu at half price so if this one quits I might have to try the temu one. But it's an amazing purchase.

I loved this product until it stopped working after 3 months of owning it. Only used it maybe 4 times.. batteries are junk & the spin head sounds like they are binding up and makes and god awful sound after running to 2 minutes. If the machine lasted longer, I would DEFINITELY recommend. But owning for such a short period, and it's already broke.. no thank you.

Worked great for about 1 year, then wouldn't stay on. Overpriced for only 1 year of quarterly use. However, it works great on textured LVP!

This electric scrub mop really works! I have been spending way too much money to have my outdoor deck powerwashed every season before I rent my shore house. That did work, but, ground in sand spots remained that looked like stains even after the power wash. I purchased this tool to try to remove those sand stains and, I got my front deck cleaner than when I first purchased my Shorehouse! I could not be happier. I am going to clean my rooftop deck and I already cleaned my outdoor ground level shower. I don’t need power wash anymore. I am so happy I bought this, I couldn’t picture a better tool for cleaning outdoor and semi outdoor places. It works especially well for me because I am older now, and have a hard time kneeling or bending to clean floors by hand. This is pain-free! I am going to bring it to my house and work on my tiles in my kitchen next. I love this tool!
