I have purchased it with specific purpose. as I travel around 1 hour by bike i needed support for back while driving. Belt is okok and not useful for lower back. Bought it in Feb 2026 but quality of straps are poor. In just 3 months its velcro are not in good condition. It is adjustable but not soft. I would recommend to explore other options like frido etc.

Difficult to use- need another persons help to lay down on this and to adjust position. Patient should most likely not try adjusting on their own as it will require some amount of wiggling, sliding and rolling for one to get on top of it correctly- and that probably is not a good idea for someone who already has back injury or pain. Good quality. Bought it to releave pain from spinal compressions but realized that what i needed was spinal flexion and this is good for spinal extension. So buy it depending on what you require.

Very Good Product...! Got ride of tail bone pain, shoulder tingling...!!after continous use ....of 10 15 days ...!! Higly recommended as I have been deticted with Cervical Spondelysis..!! Was suffering alot daily but since use pain and discomort is drastically reduced...!! Early morning back and hip stiffness has totally gone...!!

Average. Not hard enough. Imo, it should have been a little hard so that the when I lie over it, it doesnt bend, fulfil its intended purpose
