First time trying a detox shampoo but wow compared to other regular shampoos it lathers well, comes out black, and makes my natural blonde hair blonder

This shampoo removed all the buildup in my hair from Oribe shampoo and henna treatments. I have been using Oribe Gold shampoo for a year or so, and it was great for most of that time, then the buildup started weighing my hair down, and I lost all the bounce in my curls. One shampoo with K18 and my curls were bouncy again.Now I used it around once a week to keep the buildup from weighing down my hair. I like the smell, and the dark colour is kind of cool, but mostly I like that it works.
