So far I like this as much as my old very expensive French pot that had to be replaced. Not quite as heavy so it is a bit more easy to handle when full. The lid is a perfect fit. Great fo baking bread. Easy to clean. The blue is darker than in the photo. Good value.

Very heavy and well-made, heats evenly and cleans up in a snap, no scouring necessary. I’ve cooked everything from stewed chicken to etouffee and risotto, all dishes came out well.
