I tried this gel during a few long workouts and it has become my go to option for quick energy. This is a great gel for distance runners. It’s basically honey, so no GI issues after many uses. The taste is good, it’s honey colored (or colorless for the fruity one). Be careful opening or you will be sticky!

These are my go to running fuel! They taste like honey and aren’t too sweet or fake tasting like some others. They are perfect to put in your shorts/belt/vest for your long runs and even if it gets hot out, they just become easier to quickly take during your run. I don’t get any digestive issues with these or stomach cramps. I will continue to use these and recommend them to others!

Tastes just like honey, goes down just like honey. That is to say, that it's great if you have a sweet tooth, and like that texture. Some other players in this category have gels that are much easier to consume, and with more muted tastes. So it's a fine product, but for about 35% cheaper than the competition, it's really a no-brainer.

The absolute best thing in the world for a quick pick me up right before a short notice workout gives you energy in 15 minutes that’s a nice controlled boost no weird feelings and last a while

Sin duda te dan el levantón cuando lo necesitas pero el sabor es muy muy dulce.

Los use para un rally 24 horas. Son una maravilla te dan el boost de energía que necesitas y te quitan el hambre. Excelente para actividades físicas prolongadas y largos periodos sin dormir. Evitenlos pero si lo tienen que hacer esto ayuda un montón jaja.
