Hagerty Jewel Clean does exactly what you want it to. The little basket makes it easy to dip rings and small bits without fumbling around, and it only takes a minute or two to see a difference. It lifts off dullness and grime really well, especially on gold and most gemstones. My jewellery came out looking brighter without any rubbing or effort. The pot isn’t huge, but 170 ml is plenty for regular touch-ups. The only thing to watch is the smell. It’s not terrible, just a bit chemical, so keep it by the sink. Other than that, it’s straightforward, quick and gives results you can actually see.

I've used this product various times, and even though it does not smell very good, it does give your silver its shine back, its a nice quick and effective cleaner, definitely recommend.

Used this to clean up jewelry received due to an inheritance. Works extremely well, the jewelry hadn't been cleaned for years and some items were severely tarnished. After cleaning they are shiny and look like new so that they can be enjoyed for years to come. Very easy to use, simply drop items into bath, leave for 2 minutes, use brush to give items a scrub, place in warm water to rinse, dry and polish. Some particularly tarnished items may require more than one bath. I decided to dispose of contents of bath once it was about half full, as the solution was becoming particularly dirty and was no longer as effective, but I had cleaned A LOT of jewelry by this point. I would recommend also buying some jewelry cleaning cloths to give jewelry a final polish.

I would of given this product a 5 start but after unpacking the item the inner box was all wet and once opened there was fluid every were after further inspection the plastic cover under the lid was broken that unfortunately lead to close on half of fhe product spilling out. ,maybe the seller could put in some extra packaging to help prevent this. But it does what it says cleans the jewelry

Has an amazing effect on dull or tarnished jewellery, they come up like new

The jewelry cleaner arrived on time and I have used it straight away. The cleaner is very effective and gave my wedding ring and engagement ring stones a real sparkle I was really impressed with the noticeable difference. My only critisism woul be that the cleaning brush does not have a holder in a part of the basket.

Excellent produit. J'ai des bijoux en or et en argent et certains avec des découpes comme de la dentelle donc difficile à nettoyer. Mais avec cette solution aucun soucis. Déjà en sortant du nettoyant c'est nettement mieux mais un petit coup de brosse et c'est parfait. Je recommande, j'ai retrouvé le produit que ma mère utilisait quand j'étais jeune et qui faisait briller ses bijoux.
