I just pull them over my very comfortable tennis shoes and am able to go into the Manufacturing area without any concerns (our safety officers have ok'ed their use) to support our operations.These allow me to wear shoes that do not hurt my feet. They do not take away from the comfort of my shoes which provide much more comfort than any safety toe shoes I have ever found (and yes I have tried the stupid expensive ones). These also help keep my shoes from getting dirty from being around our machines.The only downside to these are the fact that the toe portion of the cover is heavy. It is very noticeable when on, but not so much that it make walking or standing uncomfortable, just noticeable. Small price for the flexibility they grant.These do slip over my shoes very easily but not so much that they might come off.
