Product and delivery were excellent - better than reviews (which were positive). On my upgrading ram, got Blue Screen errors. Seller was very helpful including getting Dell to transfer warranty to me. Dell was not so helpful. I had to escalate, but seller supported with useful info. Strange, because I had found Dell to be positive and helpful in the past. Now operating with increased DDR4 and no issues and xfered warranty and know I'd buy from this seller and recommend without hesitation. His support has been extraordinary and on-going. Not the 'usual' - ship and forget. These guys are easily 10 stars. Thanks again.

Exactly what we expected from Dell!

The computer itself is fine. The problem was with the transfer from my old computer. After 3 tech support tries, I was able to make it work myself. The transfer was insistent on moving everything to the C drive sector which had limited space instead of to the D drive that had almost a terabyte of space. I actually had to manually transfer many of my files over. That said, I'm not a gamer and for my needs, it is fast and functional. The lack of a DVD drive was a disappointment, but I was able to get an external one that works fine.

If you want a system for basic productivity like in an office environment, for web, email word processing etc. this is a great system. setup was simple, works well and is surprisingly fast. No issues with it and works great for the basic use I am using it for. Don't expect to game with it, but that being said you can do a bit of light gaming with some games that are not resource intensive. Nice simple system, good looks and no issues at all.

I am amazed at the ease of setting up this computer. Absolutely loved it. This is my first Dell computer. My next computer...you guessed it...will be a Dell.
