This product has certainly worked for me , fall asleep easier , stay asleep longer and wake up refreshed . I also feel more relaxed the following day and better able to cope with life’s ups and downs . I would recommend this product without reserve .

Could be placebo but im convinced these make me dream more often. Great taste and easy to eat just before bed. I am skeptical about whether they help me sleep or not, but im sure I dream more vividly on these.

I am unsure . they've changed the packaging made it smaller and the texture of the gummies and the flavour. Still are Berry flavour but they don't taste like the old ones did

I struggle with remembering to take supplements all the time. Having these on my desk and because they’re a chewy sweet makes it easy to remember to take them. The ingredients contained in them are high-quality, and they are not packed with lots of vitamins and other ingredients, making them quite a pure source of magnesium. I particularly appreciate the fact that they are sugar-free as I try to follow a low-carb diet. They taste great and the texture is good and I’ve bought a big stock pile for future use.

These are perfect for my partner that cannot take tablets but needed a boost in magnesium. They treat great. He did find the texture a bit odd at first compared to other gummies, like the CBT ones, but it wasn’t a problem and he got used to it.

Great for constipation...it does calm and relax but with the unfortunate side effect of acting like a laxative . And a powerful one at that. Be warned.

I’ve been really happy with these magnesium gummies. I mainly take them because they help me stay regular and make it easier for me to go to the bathroom. I like that they come in gummy form because they’re easy to take and much more convenient than swallowing pills. They have a pleasant taste and are easy to add to my daily routine. So far, they’ve worked well for me, and I would purchase them again.

Honestly, I really like these. This is my third time buying them. I take them about two hours before bed. I think we work. They also seem to help with muscle cramps. I noticed if I don’t take them for a few days, my legs hurt more. When I take them consistently, I rest easier at night.

So tasty! And they did promote a calm feeling. I didn’t feel it’s onset. But as someone with GAD and PTS. I didn’t have to take as much of my RX’s when using these. I did not “trip” but you shouldn’t expect to off a magnesium.

Flavor of gummy is good and consistency is an opaque light purple, easy to chew. I recommend taking it a half hour or hour prior to when you want to fall asleep. I typically get into bed at 10:30pm and felt very drowsy in the morning during the week for work. Very effective with consistent sleep without waking up in middle of night.

This must affect people that dont smoke weed more than people that do. Its like smoking a bowl. Good product for a sober person.
