This stuff worked for me. I had started having irregular cycles, & it hit the point where it had been 4 or 5 months. I ordered a smaller jar of these supplements to try. A few weeks of taking them consistently, & my cycle returned! I was getting worried, & really didn't have the money to pay to go see a doctor plus be paying for any medication they prescribe. I've also noticed a difference in my mood & energy levels. I could sleep till noon, wake up & be tired again in a few hours or less. Now I can function throughout my day. Something to be aware of is the quantity you need to take. It recommends 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning & 2 at night. Splitting the doses also helps avoid any stomach upset as well.
