Using these to do all the PT exercises. I hate to count the sets so I just click each one. I liked having two: one by the TV ( using it during commercials) and the other one in the room with all the resistant bands. Good buy? Oh yes!!

It counts UP only. If you want it back down one, cause some Dude turned around and left, you cannot (thanks Dude). You have to reset to Zero and start again. Works as advertised, is solid, even after having spilt beer on it!
