Rosie was brilliant at waterdrop customer service, quick to reply, efficient and really knowledgeable and helpful. Made the difference and proves that I was right to go for the x8.

After looking at many clips and reviews decided to go with the x12 ro filter system. Was using a previous waterdrop single filter under the sink system. After sorting out my issues re the connectors to my existing system under the sink it was very easy and straightforward to install. Even oneself as plumbers charge too much for such a simple install. Once i had the parts it took no kore than 20 minutes to install.

I am very happy with the Waterdrop X8 RO System. It is compact, efficient, and fast flow with high filtration power. If it can also output different temperature hot water, then that will be perfect. I have seen some system have intelligent faucet and can produce hot water. I wonder why Waterdrop X series cannot.

Was looking for a water filter for a while and had my eye on this for a while . This was r]the best reverse osmosis model . Water may taste a bit bitter but it can be fixed by adding a remineralisation cartridge Easy to install and overall is a good value for money

Item was well packed and had clear instructions on installation. Materials appear to be of good quality and it functions well.

For anybody considering Waterdrop filtering systems in UK and/or in Europe; I purchased and have been using it for a year now; then, needed a replacement part (due to plastic part of faucet cracked/split into two) What I have found out after few communications back & forth (and I wished somebody mentioned it in their reviews for anybody considering these shiny looking water systems) is that, It is an American company, and have no stock or aftersale parts in UK/Europe; nor they ship to any UK/Europe address anywhere from US; if you buy it, you're on your own

I live in a area with very hard water to the point it just tastes bad and ontop of it my kettles and cat feeder gets all crusty with limescale which is very hard to get off. After fitting this myself, which honestly was not hard (just make sure to plug the in and outlet the rightways !) it was working, i did have to fit a extra remineralisation to improve the taste, but nows its great!. One note which is impossible to find anywhere, is i connected this to my exsisting 3 way tap and did not use the the smart tap.

Easy to install and great product

Nach vielen Jahren endlich mal ein Gerät mit leckerem Wasser, welches den Wechsel der Filter zu einem Kinderspiel macht! Der Wasserfilter ist meiner Meinung nach sehr einfach zu installieren und man hat im Handumdrehen sauberes und gefiltertes Wasser. Das Gerät brummt im Unterschrank etwas, was aber nicht störend ist. Es reinigt sich regelmäßig selbst, um eine Keimbildung im Inneren zu verhindern. Sehr praktische Funktion. Die Armatur sieht nicht nur edel aus, sie macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und das digitale Display hält mich über die Wasserqualität auf dem Laufenden! Tolles Teil und klare Empfehlung, wenn man die Nase voll hat von den günstigen Umkehrosmoseanlagen, die dauernd undicht sind und einen aufwendigen Filterwechsel mit viel Sauerei mit sich bringen. Das war zumindest unsere Erfahrung in 12 Jahren.

Meglio tardi che mai posso dire!!! Finalmente credo di potermi godere un'acqua veramente buona e che purifica il nostro corpo. Ero scettico ma quando sono venuti a casa delle persone e mi hanno fatto vedere e capire che l'acqua che compriamo effettivamente è a volte peggio di quella che abbiamo in casa, mi sono deciso fare il passo definitivo. Facendomi un paio di conti ho deciso di acquistare il water drop x12 che non solo è funzionale con un TDS tra 13e 16 ,che eroga tantissima acqua ma è anche alcalinizzante. Insomma un depuratore toglie tutto o quasi dall'acqua e non va bene ma questo rimineralizza rendendo l'acqua alcalina con tutti i suoi benefici. Il rubinetto da solo fa' capire che parliamo di un prodotto che anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte essendo veramente favoloso. Cosa che nemmeno quelli che vengono a casa, spendi 4000 o 5000 euro per diversi anni, ne montano un rubinetto del genere. Per adesso sono molto contento e vorrei ringraziare il servizio clienti di waterdrop in particolare krystal x, persona seria e professionale, che nonostante Bartolini mi abbia consegnato un pacco al limite della decenza, hanno risolto un problema dovuto al corriere. Oltre le note positive posso dire che i filtri hanno un costo non proprio bassissimo, ma se questo è il prezzo per avere una acqua buona e salutare lo accetto ben volentieri. Un altro difetto è che quando eroga l'acqua lo fa' di scatto, tipo spruzzo. Adesso è un mese circa che lo uso e mi sento meglio riguardo ai reni, (prima pensavo che era dolore alla schiena) e mia moglie non ha più tanti problemi digestione specialmente di notte. Insomma aiuta molto i maschietti che hanno un età perché depura e aiuta ad andare in toilet. Non parlo della parte tecnica che è spiegata bene nel sito ma questo prodotto è veramente da acquistare, sia per tante persone in famiglia che poche. Buona vita. Pasquale.

Très bon osmoseur X8 compact qui s'installe relativement bien mais pas en 30 minutes pour ma part comme le fabricant peut le prétendre. Il ne prend que peu de place sous l'évier comparé à d'autres osmoseurs du marché et est très esthétique! J'ai eu la chance de l'acheter au Black Friday à 549€ mais vous pouvez vérifier son prix sur le site du vendeur également ;) Le seul bémol c'est le bruit qu'il produit en utilisation même en ayant la porte fermée du meuble de l'évier + en rinçage aléatoire de cycle automatique mais cela ne dure que quelques secondes. Egalement un des filtres qui doit être changé tous les 6 mois, un autre tous les 12 mois (les deux à 30€ chacun) et le plus gros tous les 24 mois (à 200€!). Mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir une eau purifiée. J'espère juste que Waterdrop ne va pas fermer ses portes et qu'on pourra toujours acheter leurs filtres. La pression du robinet est relativement bonne, rien à voir avec ma carafe filtrante Philips. Autre point important, j'ai du me séparer à grands regrets du robinet intelligent n'ayant que très peu de place sur mon évier en granit et ai du acheter un robinet 3 voies de la marque CLEVER (NEXUS) qui possède un très bon rapport qualité/prix + un raccord à part pour le tube bleu de l'eau filtrée que j'ai eu de grandes difficultés à trouver -> rien dans les commerces locaux (tube droit mâle 10MM OD x Filet 3/8" BSP, marque ERGAOBOY sur Amazon finalement). J'espère que mon avis pourra aider certains futurs clients. :)
