As someone who struggles with IBS and a sensitive stomach, this probiotic has been a lifesaver! It is so effective. It has drastically reduced my stomach’s sensitivity. I now feel comfortable eating out and trying new foods. It has truly impacted the quality of my life the pill is average size. I have no problem swallowing it and I can’t swallow big pills. The pills don’t have an odor and you only take 1 per day. This is worth every penny.

But after trying cheaper options that didn't seem nearly as effective, I've decided this is one of those cases where spending a little more is worth it. The capsules are easy to swallow, convenient to take daily, and fit easily into my routine. Best of all, I don't have to deal with any weird aftertaste or mystery supplement burps later in the day. Overall, these have become a staple in my daily routine. They work well, are easy to take, and have earned a permanent spot in my medicine cabinet. This was recommended to me by my doctor and it works pretty well. It is a bit on the pricier side but if you are looking for a good probiotic this one, I have found, is a really good option. Again just make sure to watch in on the price, since you only get a 30 day supply per package. You will have to repurchase, but it is worth it.

I’m giving this a five star because it’s been about two weeks and I feel great. At first it’s took some adjusting to my stomach only some nausea but that could have been from antibiotics. I have taken many probiotics and this is gentle with no issues! My Va JJ microbiome is feeling better everyday! Thanks to perimenopause this past month I had BV, UTI and yeast and all are balancing out. I highly recommend this NOW! Update: it’s been one month and I could not be happier with this probiotic. It’s gentle and I have no issues. I don’t eat perfect and my stomach is doing fine for the most part. I have no reason to change to a different probiotic so for now I’m happy and will give this six months. Update: it’s been 4 months and I’m still taking consistently and labs on UTI and BV came back negative.

I like keeping these on hand especially after I have been on antibiotics. My stomach can feel off for a while after that and this seems to help me get back to normal. I mainly use it for gut health and general digestive balance. The capsules are easy to take and do not have a weird taste or smell. I also like that it is made for women since that is what made me try this version in the first place. I do not expect any probiotic to fix everything overnight but with regular use this one has been a good fit for me. It is one I would buy again and probaby keep around just in case.

Been taking them a few days and they’ve given me stomach pains extreme bloating and a complete face breakout in spots like a teenager again ! I read the reviews and thought it would help my tummy problems but it made them worse and made my skin break out
