Product description This Iberico Ham comes from acorn fed pigs that are born and raised in the meadows of Extremadura, the perfect place where the animals can be raised in total freedom. The hams are cured for 36 months in the famous town Guijuelo in Salamanca province where its unique flavour and marble texture is developed. Ingredients Acorn-fed Iberico Ham, salt preservatives (E-250, E-252) and antioxidant (E-316).

Review: Is it a better experience than supermarkets best? Probably not - I was surprised at how thick the slices, so quite chewy. Certainly not "melt in the mouth" A slightly different taste. Probably I will remain with Tesco's best and/or try a different supplier. Or maybe Italian or French ham.
