I’ve used these for several years.
I have endometriosis and I end up getting a lot of body pain. This has helped tremendously FOR ME. It’s affordable which is a bonus. I think it works well, everyone has unique bodies so it may work for some but not others! You get a lot of patches so a box goes a long way. I find it easy to use but if you struggle with getting stickers off and onto your body, you may need help.

I found good for providing relief but they are very sticky on flesh. Needs to be removed very very carefully.

lot of heat but be careful when showering with hot water straight after taking off
Really good heat and better than the normal ones. be careful when taking off just before shower as where the patch was can feel as if it is burning with hot water on.

Sensitive skin do not use
If you got sensitive skin do not use this . First little burn I thought it was started work but few days later , my skin got rash and itching, I have to go to chemist get cream that stop rash and itching

Definitely NOT Ultra Strength
It’s definitely NOT Ultra strength as I have used ones that have more strength than this. I have chronic pain on my knees, arm and neck base and this only does 50% of what it’s claiming, compared to the other brands Ive used. Still, it’s not too bad. Just probably more suitable for people not having a pain/ ache score of more than 4/10.
