Best gluten-free flour I've used so far. I have tried many brands, but for the last 2 years I've been using only Dr. Gluten Platinum Atta. The quality is consistently excellent and the rotis turn out soft every time. My only request is to please make larger quantities available, as currently I can only buy 3 packs at a time.
I like it. I have been using it since last three years . It being gluten free full of carbs n fiber it is very benefial to health moreover it is very easy to prepare chapaties which comes out very soft fluffy n tastey.
