The 5 stars are for the tase . I have already been taking collagen for almost 2 years i gave it up because there was biotin in it which did make my hair grow super thick but it complicated my blood reading giving me high TSH this is something to do with thyroid also my liver readings. I have to go back and have another blood test next week. There was only 800mg of collagen in the last collagen i was taking but it still did a fabulous job of keeping my skin healthy and giving me a glow which i am hoping to maintain with this collagen. I will definitely will know within 6 weeks if i am maintaining my lovely skin and keeping my glow. When i took my first dose today i was pleasantly surprised by the great taste. I will come back in 6 weeks and let you know. I get so angry at doctors saying it does nothing much. Millions of women are taking it. If they dont feel they are benefitting they would not continue to buy it. I know what is done for me and im not rich its a lot of money to pay out every month. I would hate to be without it now this is the best value for money as i have checked them all out. Also there is 1100mg of collagen in this one.

Love this collagen ! Easy enough when travelling , taste is good as not as nasty as other collagen powders/liquids . Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price , very expensive for the amount . I only use these when going away and continue to use my powder collagen ( cheaper and just as good and effective)

I’ve been taking this collagen for over a month now and I can already see noticeable results. The skin under my eyes looks better with fewer fine lines and overall my skin feels more firm and refreshed. I’ve tried both the Mango and Blackcurrant flavors. Mango is definitely my favorite and tastes great. The Blackcurrant one was a bit artificial for me and reminded me of BCAA drinks so I probably won’t reorder that flavor but I will keep buying the Mango. I also really appreciate that this collagen doesn’t include a bunch of unnecessary additives or huge doses of vitamins like biotin. I already take a multivitamin and prefer my collagen to be simple and clean. The only downside is the price - it’s quite expensive when you calculate it monthly. I wish it were more affordable but overall I’m very happy with the product and the results.

Made in China. I couldn't find this information until I really dug in. It tastes very watery. Not for me.

These tasted really good and I enjoyed taking the supplements. Couldn't see much improvement to skin but I only took for the 14 days. Do think they're quite expensive.

I have only been using this for two weeks so I can’t speak to it’s benefits yet as you’ll need to take it around 8 weeks to notice a difference (from what I’ve read) but the flavor is delicious. I ordered the mango.

I am a big proponent for Marine Collagen. I take it twice a day. First thing in the morning and then just before I work out after work. My skin, especially my face is super soft. I have been taking it 2 times a day for a month. As a wellness advocate and register nurse, the key is consistency and knowing that any supplement takes a minimum of 3 to 6 months for maximum benefits as the body goes through cellular regeneration. This stuff is delicious and easy on my stomach. However, I spent 4 days not being able to be further away from a toilet than 7 feet. I only got 2 doses down (why only 3 stars). Highly recommended to me, but no one talks about the effects of taking this dose of collagen, if we need to work our way up to it (half packet?), and an average of how long it normally takes to settle down. I have a 22 hour international flight coming up, and I don’t want to have to deal with these kinds of tummy issues on the plane.
