Especially for paying $16. Literally is a ribbed cotton tank top with some tulle sewn on it. And the tulle isn’t even sewn compeletly around it. It’s a back piece and front piece. We purchased it for a Halloween costume, so it’s going to work great for that! It is not, however, great for much else. It’s very thin too and stretches very easy. The tutu is cheaply put together. But if you want it for a costume, it’s good for that. I was hesitant to order because on July 12th, it said expected delivery would be August 2-23 and my event is August 12th. I'm so glad I took the risk. I ordered a size 6-7 and 1-2 on July 11th and it was delivered on July 19 even though the expected ship dates were still in August and the tracking information said it was still in China. I was OVERJOYED!! The product fit true to size and it looks exactly like the photo. It has soft tulle and the skirt is very full.
