I love the legendairy milk company and these will be the only vitamin d drops I will be using. I highly recommend checking their elderberry drops out too. I'm excited to try those. I take their sunflower lecithin and LOVE it. Very helpful. I stay away from the supplements as they aren't the best for my lifestyle, but those seem to be great too. The quality is substantial, the size is appropriate. His tummy has seemed to be a little tight with gas afterwards, but I'm not sure if that's from the drops, or if it's from my diet. I did see it aids in digestion, so it could just be the baby getting used to receiving these drops.
