Anker is the only brand our school tech department recommends, so I tend to trust their charging products, and this power bank has been another winner.The 10,000mAh capacity is a great balance between power and portability. It is small enough to toss in a backpack, purse, or carry on without taking up much space, but it has enough juice to keep my devices going when I am away from an outlet.I recently traveled with it and was reminded how nice it is to have a reliable backup battery. It charges devices quickly, holds its charge well, and has been completely dependable.One thing to be aware of: I recently got a new iPhone that uses a USB C charging cable. I grabbed a USB C to USB C cord for this power bank and quickly realized that was not going to work. To use the USB A output on the power bank, I needed a USB A to USB C cable instead. Before you head out on a trip, make sure you have the right cord packed.It also takes a while to fully recharge the power bank itself, so plan ahead if you know you will need it. The upside is that once it is charged, it has enough capacity to charge your phone more than once, which is exactly what I want from a travel power bank.The build quality feels solid, and it is easy to see why Anker has such a good reputation. If you are looking for a compact power bank that is easy to travel with and just works, this is a great choice.Update: I purchased another one and had quite a different experience with shipping.I’ve owned this Anker power bank before (this is my 3rd purchase), and I’ve even gifted it to others because I’ve always trusted it.Unfortunately, this order arrived unusable.✔ Shipping box: perfect condition✔ Packaging inside: only a thin plastic bag (unusual for this item)✘ Power bank: completely cut through and damagedThis wasn’t minor damage—it’s fully non-functional. I purchased this about 8 months ago and have used it since then with great success. I got a 12" USB-C with it and I use it to charge my phone and a wireless Bluetooth device I have (for my hearing aides) when I'm out and away long enough to drain the batteries. I haven't had to use it three times in a row without recharging, but I think it would. That's at least four days (or more) at my regular use. And since it's almost exactly the size of a phone (and just a little heavier), they sit together nice when charging, and it takes up little space in my pack. Anker-Solix is also a high-quality manufacturer in my experience, and so I feel very good about the quality, durability and lifespan of the battery.

I really needed my phone for full days of using the maps walking around an unfamiliar city. I knew the battery wouldn't last, so I bought this power bank. It definitely delivered and kept my phone working. The power bank drained slowly enough that I didn't even need to charge it every day. It was a life saver! It is heavy, though. But if you're used to carrying a phone bank, you know what I'm talking about. This one was easy to use.

This product was delivered on time. It is a compact energy bank good for charging my iPhone 16 pro max plus others.. The best feature is one usb c cable can be used to recharge battery bank and deliver power. The cost is reasonable.

I received this product about a week ago, so cannot give it a long-term analysis. However, I have made the following observations:1) Dimensions and weight are fine.2) Charging the power bank is easy, and it charges relatively quickly.3) Output of power in charging devices seems to be consistent.4) Operation of the power bank is very intuitive.5) Appears to be rugged enough to withstand reasonable use.6) Easy to use; even for us senior adults!

High everybody! I've owned this power bank for just under a year. In that time I've found this product to be reliable to both hold a charge when not in use, and when actually charging my devices. I've charged a variety of usb-c and usb micro devices. The only device it will not charge is my laptop.I've found that this device is a slow charge. My "Ankur Prime Charging Station 250W," tells me that this battery charges (at best) at a 10.7w/4.9v/2.2a which equates to 6-8 hours from dead to full charge. The battery doesn't get too hot when charging. I would give it space to give off heat, especially if charging using solar panels under a hot sun.Cold temps affect the life of the battery greatly, I would estimate a 50% drop in capacity when leaving it outside in the shed to charge a device during the winter. Reminder to allow your battery to come to room temp before plugging it in to charge.I've had good luck with this brand in general, and overall this is a solid battery bank.

Seems like a good product. I get two full charges for my iPhone 14 with charge to spare. It’s good for maintaining the charge on a phone when travelling. It does take a number of hours to charge the power pack, so I would charge it overnight and have it ready for the day. If you need a faster charging power pack, you should look for another device.

Second time buying this, works so well. My last one had the battery bloat after being in humidity/heat and older model. Lasted a long time. Gives my iPhone 2 full charges with battery to spare

Bought this for an upcoming trip. And it was very handy. It has some weight to it but you don't notice it after awhile. On a full charge, it re-charged my Android multiple times on my 10 day trip. I only had to recharge it once. It wasn't fully dead but just wanted it topped off and back to 100%. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a travel power bank.
