### ⭐ Very High in carbs according to the label

I bought this looking for a low carb noodle alternative. However if these macros on the label are correct this isn’t it. Nearly 40g of carbs in a 100g serving. No fiber listed to derive a net carb number from. On the other hand, soybean and tofu are very low carb items so I don’t see how this could be true but I won’t be eating this because I don’t want to take the chance. Very disappointed.
