I love tofu skins. Use them as a noodle substitute. Never knew they existed until i found them in some dehydrated ramen toppings.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these but soaking them overnight is the way to go. I thought they were a nice way to add protein to dishes.

I bought this looking for a low carb noodle alternative. However if these macros on the label are correct this isn’t it. Nearly 40g of carbs in a 100g serving. No fiber listed to derive a net carb number from. On the other hand, soybean and tofu are very low carb items so I don’t see how this could be true but I won’t be eating this because I don’t want to take the chance. Very disappointed.

It’s too crumbles, without consistency and it does not have any flavors

I used it when traveling to a country with limited options for vegan protein. It worked great, I hydrated it and cooked it with a little oil and veggies in a skillet.
