Ann Chery Corset Waist Trainer for Women’s Weight Loss - Colombian Waist Cincher - 2 Hook Latex Body Shaper

I am one who wears shaping underwear (Spanx) daily. At 5'5" 144.2 lbs I am not fat at all. However, I do want to fit back into my size 25 jeans (I am currently wearing a 27) and I would like to look good while working toward my goal. The problem with my spanx was this, one wrong wash cycle, one young daughter who throws my spanx in the dryer and they are never the same. I decided to look for something more durable, that offers a little more control than the Spanx did. I didn't mind paying a little extra money for something like this so long as it lasted longer. As a result I took to Amazon searching for the perfect shaper, and came across this one.I am extremely happy with this product. You will be too, but you have to be ready, and used to wearing some kind of shaper. Before ordering I read all of the reviews, this way I knew what to expect and I was not disappointed. Below is my advice. This shaper fits tight! I am a size 34 M. ORDER THE SIZE THAT YOU ARE! Do not go smaller. This is a real deal Corset Girdle, made for the purpose flattening and control. It does just that. Take your measurements and be true to self. Order the size that you are according to the measurements you take. Do not be disappointed upon reciept when have ordered your size and you find it hard to fasten. I had to lay down to fasten mine, but once it was on it flattered so well. Lay down on the bed and relax, fasten from the bottom up and wear it all day. One review suggested sleeping in it the first time. I did just that. If you are not used to the compression I suggest wearing to around on a day when you will be home. In doing so you are breaking yourself in as well as the product. The latex eventually stretches and becomes more comfortable each time you wear it. Do this a few times if you need to before wearing out if you need to. I did not need to do this because I wear the maximum control I can find everyday. It was not too much of a bother to me. The inside is cotton but the outside is latex. It is hot in this thing. The girdle does not appear easy to clean. To keep it clean as well as to keep my skin from being irritated I wear a camisole or tank top underneath. One does not need to wear a camisole but my skin is sensitive so this is just my preference. I give it 5 stars because within 15 minutes of getting to work the following day I was flattered about the look of my outstanding figure three times. It truly does the job. I feel supported, comfortable, and a little more sexy wearing it. :)

First off, I must say that I am 5'7 and 170lbs (I hold my weight very well). However, I have a really long torso and shorter legs so I wasn't sure which Ann Chery waist trainer to purchase. I ended up buying both the 2025 and the 2026. I measured 32" at my waist, the directions say to add 4 inches to that and then order that size, so 32 + 4 = 36, 36 is a Large. I ordered both the 2025 and the 2026 in a large. When they came I took them out and held it up and it did not look like it was going to work. However, I opened it an laid it down flat on my bed and then I laid down on my back with it underneath me. It did take some patience and effort but I was able to close it on my own within a few minutes and it looks awesome. The next time I put it on it was much easier and now I can put it on while standing up but I prefer to do it laying down. There are two things that would make this better for me personally. The length - I have a long torso and although the 2025 was longer than the 2026 I still wish they were longer. I ended up using the 2025 for daily use but the 2026 for just workouts so it doesn't bug me that much that its shorter. (Still wish it was longer but I'll manage). The hooks - The hooks that are there are great and hold really well. However, I wish the top and bottom hooks were closer to the edge of the fabric. They are currently about an inch from the top and bottom of the product so they tend to roll up/down. This causes a little bump that can be seen under my clothes. I wear 2025 (All black) during the regular day and so I use a safety pin to pin the top closed and it works perfect. However,I cant do that with the 2026 (workout waist trainer) because while working out Im moving a lot more and I don't want to get stabbed with the safety pin. The differences between the 2025 and 2026: 2025 - All Black Only It is 1 1/2 inches longer than the 2026 The outside (color you can see in the photo) is actually a rubbery material. Due to the rubbery (latex) material it does smell more than the 2026. 2026 - Comes in multiple colors It is 1 1/2 shorter than the 2025 I have to clean more often because its more cloth material and I workout in it. Overall - I love the product. I tend to stand taller when they are on and it flattens out all my imperfections. I can tell I'm using my core muscle more when its on because when I take it off my abs feel amazing like I did a ton of ab exercises. My best advice would be to measure YOUR waist and then add the 4 inches. The use the chart to order that size. Also - expect it to hard to get on the first time. Its suppose to be hard because it cinching your waist but once you get it on it works great. I love it. The vest is on my list of future purchases.

I want to outline what I found this product useful for, I am satisfied overall with the waist clincher. To start I am 5'6" 130 lbs I didn't buy this in the hopes of losing tons of weight or belly fat, but my figure is definitely more straight up and down and not much definition between waist and hips. I followed the guide to measure and ordered based off that, which is LARGER then what my typical shirt size is. So don't be thrown off by it, definitely FOLLOW THE SIZING CHAT. PROS -When it arrived it was a struggle to get it on the first time, I thought theres no way this is going to fit even the first set of hooks, you really have to muscle it on the first time you just aren't used to how tight it is, I wore it for maybe 30 min and thought this is insane its so tight. -After a few days of wearing it for a short amount of tim (1-2 hours) I was much more comfortable wearing it, go used to the feeling of having it on and it didn't feel so restrictive. It was also easier to put on -Within a week or 2 I was able to wear it all day (6-8 hours) on the first set of hooks no problem, By the second week I could already move it over to the second set of hooks making it tighter. -It DOES "shrink" your waist, NOTICEABLY even the first time you put it on, which is great. -It looks great even just as an undergarment to clothes brings in your waist and makes you feel tight and smooth in tight fitting clothes. -It instantly brought my was it measurement down 2 in, and with repeated wear brought it down even more then that. -It does make you want to eat less if you are committed to wearing it for the full day -You don't feel as bloated -You have amazing posture CONS -it can be uncomfortable, obviously, I enjoyed wearing ti daily at first but got tired of it fast. It can be annoying to deal with -For my body shape, it would be too tight around my hips when i moved to the second set of hooks and dig into my ribs around my bra and it would be too painful to wear. -this is NOT one you can workout in -while it was great for posture sometimes it is just annoying to have to sit up perfectly with it, especially driving in the car -It can be hard to "conceal" in some clothes. I found it hard to wear jeans sometimes or your top might come up and you'd have to make sure your pants come up over it and sometimes you can see it through clothes. -Since it is so tight I also found that it caused me to have less frequent bowel movement, lol I know its strange but its restrictive and if you already have issues with that this will make it worse. Overall it is a great product, it worked for me in the sense that it I wasn't expecting to "lose" a ton of weight from it but with long wear of it it definitely reshaped my waist a bit. It's uncomfortable after awhile it became a chore to wear it and I pretty much stopped, but I still love it for wearing under certain tight clothes to give me some shape.

The compression is excellent and its made well. For me this was a not a good choice because it rolled down around my ribcage and created back fat rolls around my bra area. However, it is made very well with thick fabric and semi-rigid boning. The fit is slightly small. I order medium and wear a size medium shirt comfortably. My bra size is 36 (cups aren't important because its under-bust) and the medium vest fits excellently.The closures are very high quality. It is slightly short. If you are over 5'4" tall and have a bit of a lower belly pooch, this looks like it would push it out the bottom and create an even more obvious one. Fortunately, I am short and my problem areas are higher. The boning ends a little before the end of the cincher, so it shows in a tight fitting dress if you aren't careful. My complaint with this is that I could not keep it up so I chose the full vest and semicheleco vest instead. The vest makes for a smoother back and is less obvious with my figure. This cincher would be great if you were otherwise fat free and just needed help around the upper belly area. Otherwise go with the vest or semivest option. I definitely recommend this its just not the best option for my specific figure concerns.

This Ann Chery Waist Cincher is a Girls Dream! I give it 5 stars because it does exactly what it is designed to do. I am 5'7" and weighted 215lbs as of Feb 5th of this year. I read all of the reviews and decided to order the XL(40). I ordered it on Friday and received it on Monday. The first try on I could not even hook the vest. I just wore it unhooked for about 15mins. and then tried it again. I was able to hook the bottom and the top. (Then I had to rest!) That was only two hooks and I was determined to finish the job. Now the hooks are industrial and I had to move my boobs out of the way to see the hooks but once I started fastening them I was on a roll. I worked from the top to the bottom.(Took me 30mins. on the second try) Success! I finally had the cincher on. Whew! Now let's talk about the boobs: I bought some 40DD bras (with the underwire and some padding) and they fit me for about a week and then I lost one cup size 40D. I now wear a 38DD. (I need to tell you I workout six days a week and portion my food....ok back to my waist cincher) When I put on the wonderful Ann Chery Waist Cincher Vest my breast did rise to the occasion. I was overjoyed, an instant breast lift as well as a hour glass waist line and a flat tummy! I began my positive self talk....I look great! Now I have to be able to keep this terrific waist cincher on for more then 1 hour. LOL The smell: Yes, it does smell like latex when you first take it out of the bag. No worries, the smell will go away! After all it is latex covered in cotton. The feel: I wear it against my skin and it fells soft. I do sweat, but it does not show through the clothes. It feels comfortable around the shoulders and under the breast. I have full coverage all the way below the belly button and my upper back. My food intake is in smaller increments because my new flat tummy can only hold so much. I do have flexibility in movement along with correct posture. I have worn the vest for the past 3 days non stop (Yes, I do sleep in it) and have ordered the workout version of the waist cincher in a smaller size. My friend has just order her waist cincher vest and is now anxiously awaiting her body transformation. This review is not meant for people who are dedicated to waist training and simply looking for size advice. Rather, it speaks to those of you who may be on the fence about whether or not to waist train. I was in debate until buying this item. Now my mind is set and will not waver. The verdict is in! I'm 5'5 and 150- which means I'm neither skinny nor fat. Going by the guidelines, I ordered a large which made breathing painful when I fastened just the top clasp.... The bottom was absolutely impossible to bring together. It made me feel like a whale. Not wanting to give up on the concept of a smaller waist, I then ordered an extra large which fit as I've read these trainers should. It was very tight, sucked everything in, and I was able to breath almost as well as if I didn't have it on. My mid section has never taken on this shape- even when I was 30 pounds thinner. It didn't look quite like my body anymore! I was looking into the mirror at a photoshopped version of myself. Parts of my waist had been airbrushed away, and my hips even appeared to be a bit altered. Thirty minutes later I found myself staring at this new midsection in the mirror yet again. I debated on whether to continue down the waist training path or to return this body altering magical thing. Then I realized how ridiculous this is. I'm not perfect, but I look and feel better without this uncomfortable garment contorting my natural shape. I felt the strain on my organs and ribs as this thing squeezed them in. I thought about how this is nothing more than a fad repeating itself, and then struggled with every last clasp until finally able to rip it off of my torso. This fad is one that should have been left in the past. Women are not what we were in the days of girdles. We aren't all meant to look like Barbie, or like the Kardashians. Perhaps it is time for all of us beautiful, unique ladies to stop altering our bodies in unnatural ways that are detrimental to our health.

I highly recommend this!! I've been wearing it for about 3 weeks and I've lost a half inch and can definitely see a difference in waist definition. My waist measured 29" and I ordered a size 36 which was what was recommended. The first day I tried it on I can barely clasp it and it was very challenging to get into but I sucked it in and made it work and by the 3rd day I was able to easily clasp it on the first rung. I can now go to the 2nd set of clasps easily but still feel it is working. I wear it at work for 8-12 hours depending on my shift. The 1st week I had a very hard time breathing but I think it was due to my poor posture and I noticed that it forces me to stand taller and my torso and back muscles were quite sore but I think it was because I was retraining my body to have proper alignment. I have taken a day off here and there, I think 3 days total out of 3 weeks. Since it is made of latex it can get hot and sweaty and hoping I'll be able to withstand it during the summer months. I feel naked without it on. I plan on starting some stretching/yoga routine next week and I did read that in order for the waist trainer to really work you need to implement some core exercises which I plan on doing a lot of planks and resistant band workout. I plan on writing a review in about a month to update how that goes. Don't give up, it can be hard work and the breathing and tightness in the torso/chest was hard but worth it. Even if you don't incorporate exercise with it I still highly recommend it for great posture training and that is maybe why I lost the 1/2" because of realignment and training my torso to elongate. One downside is if you wear an underwire bra with it, it can kind of dig and rub against the top part of the corset so I've switched to wearing a sports bra and that seems to make a huge difference. I also notice that I need to go use the bathroom and tinkle more often because I think it's shifted my bladder so I plan on also starting some kegels mainly due to childbirth wrecking my nether regions. Just to give you and idea of the fit I'm 5'7" tall, 140 lbs. my bust is a 34 small b, 29" waist well now 28.5" :-), and 38" hips, I'm 41 years old and had 2 babies, last pregnancy was almost 6 years ago and I feel like it's getting me back to the place before I had my babies. I'm not looking to lose weight but to make my waist become more toned. Definitely order up and go by what it recommends for your waist size. I measured my waist right at the belly button level and it was about 29 1/4" when I ordered. I hope this info helps. Good luck and don't give up!'

This was an item that I really, really wanted to give a positive review but I just cannot because I don't even wear it and it was a waste of money for me. I should have returned it but I so badly wanted to be able to wear it. I did wear it a few times around the house and working out but then stopped wearing it because it was so incredibly uncomfortable and I ended up feeling pain in my abdomen after wearing it. I certainly do not want to blame the waist trainer for the pain because I have a number or disorders and health problems that could have caused the pain, but it certainly wasn't something I could wear out, and expect to sit down without it digging into me and making it difficult to wear. The only suggestion I can give if anyone is considering buying this item, please buy it at least 2 sizes larger than what you actually are. They do tell you that they run small and to buy a size larger then you would, but I did that and I definitely believe that I could have gone even, 3 sizes larger and it would have been ok and I could have worn it. I ended up buying another one that I was able to try on at a store because I just don't feel that this is a product that should be bought online because you never know how it will fit or how the material feels and works. This is latex and I was fully aware of that when I purchased but it felt completely different to me and certainly had no give to it!! It didn't lose up after wearing it a few times either, so I do not recommend buying this item online. Find it in a store and try it on.

Great product but I read reviews saying it was a small fit, but actually I then ordered too big. But never mind, I ll start with this one then buy the smaller fit too. Great product, fantastic quality.
