Responsive Throttle With Bright Display and Smooth Control
The ChongXiao Bike Throttle Grip 36V 48V Electric works well right out of the box and feels responsive during use. The grip itself is comfortable and the throttle action is smooth without any noticeable lag. The display is nice and bright, making it easy to read even in daylight. Wiring was straightforward and it integrated without issues on my setup. Solid upgrade for an e-bike build or replacement throttle.

Here’s the wiring
So listen folks… first this throttle is compatible with probably every scooter on the planet that uses a brushless system. Make sure you want a brushless throttle before purchase. Second the people that sell these probably speak very little English and a lot of times there is zero attempt to explain anything about the product such as wiring . There is gonna be a assumption that you since your doing your own repairs know what your looking at and that’s a fair assumption. With that being said if you don’t get it yet keep trying you will eventually look at these items and not even notice there isn’t any thing to help you. Third your gonna get broken ones. These are bought in massive quantities to keep the cost down and are pumped out fast. Mistakes will be made and pretty certain the seller isn’t gonna hook one after another before shipping a thousand a month. Just ask for another what’s another day. Last thing before one last thing , look at same type items related items and often you will find one listing that will have a better description to help with install and you can always ask The G OO G it is All knowing and powerful This controller works fantastic and it a easy wire job. Here is the wiring Yellow and white harness is for the key. Just run the yellow wire to signal wire on controller. That is usually the little red wire on your ESC. This is also controlling anything else switched if your running a independent 12 volt system you would power off this yellow wire also. The white wire goes to the main power . Usually that’s the fat red wire. Usually you don’t run anything else off there unless you want things to have full voltage and be on all the time Red ,green and black is the throttle harness Match color to color . Very rarely companies will use a blue wire instead of a green. There is no standard for color of wires used it’s just a unspoken thing. So if you know you know otherwise these companies just do whatever and it’s a subject I should avoid . A side note is if your Hooked up correctly and you still have no throttle it’s easy to test. Just touch the red wire to the green wire and vrooom. If it goes that’s a bad throttle if it doesn’t that’s probably wiring or faulty Controller. Last little blue wire. This is wire that handles speedo . Easiest way to connect this is to a wire that is usually a loan green wire off the controller called instrument. If you don’t have that it’s still easy. Connect to anyone of your hall sensor wires group of 5 wires usually sometimes 6 . The wires you can use are blue, green, yellow and if there is a white wire that’s usually a dedicated Speedo wire. So just shove it in the connector and hot glue that sucker in there. Buttt you will need to access the p menu and change the default reading from phase wiring sensing to hall sensor. Make sure you also get the wheel size correct so the speedo reads properly. That’s it. Remember connectors never are the same just cut them off. It’s better to hard wire anyway. If you made it this far your probably more savvy than before so im glad I could help.

Don't buy this crap
It's absolutely garbage. I've seen some bad stuff before but this...yuck. no wiring diagram and the wires aren't even color coded right. Nothing works right. You can't even figure out which wire is what.
