I’m gonna give this four stars mainly because I have tried and use them now for about three weeks to be honest with you. I believe that they work I have been taking less and less ibuprofen and Tylenol but is it just a placebo effect or does it actually work? I’m not sure. I gave it a try and I’m gonna keep using it for longer just to see a friend of mine is what got me to try these so try them for yourself.
