Arrived pretty fast and was packed well. I got the 43-inch one for my claw machine arcade, and it has been much more useful than an ad board on easel or a regular display in terms of bringing more traffic. I mean, the interactive content on a digital screen is definitely more eye-catching right? Also my store is not too big and this size just fits perfectly without looking too clumsy or bulky. Its floor-standing look is neat, clean and professional. Customers can easily see the FHD IPS screen, which works great for showing promotional playback, store rules and event announcements without sacrificing picture resolutions or sound quality. I am not a tech person but I found the android system simple enough to navigate, and the USB plug-and-play with auto media playback makes changing content easy. The touch screen responds smoothly without lagging. I really love the split-screen layout because I always struggled to fit more content on one page! This screen helps show videos, images etc. at the same time. In general it feels pretty sturdy, user-friendly and professional for business use. As a small female business owner, who can hardly lift any weight, it's actually...not that heavy for two people, just me and my employee, to drag it around hahaha. Worthwhile investment overall.

While it is designed for commercial advertising and information display, I decided to use it at home for family events and presentations, and it worked exceptionally well. The FHD IPS screen produces clear, vibrant images with excellent visibility from different angles. This 43 inch kiosk really works well .the sleek design fits perfectly with our decor,and the screen brightness is excellent even in well-lit areas.It feels sturdy and well-built.i was worried about the touch sensitivity on a screen this large,but it’s incredibly responsive.it been running 24x7 without issues. I was nervous about making such a large purchase, but I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. The delivery to a complicated address (at a large industrial mill complex that has been converted to multiple artist studios spanning several buildings) was perfect: the large, heavy package was brought right to my door. It was well packaged and protected, set up was very simple and straight forward, and use of the screen is intuitive. The picture is clear, the sound quality and volume are acceptable (it's not surround sound, so an audiophile may disagree with my analysis on sound, but it does the job and volume is clear without static).

The hardware seems great: feels solid, good picture, etc. The software is an old unsupported version of Android, which limits the apps and security available for the device. User manual, use interface, and customer service all work well but are a bit clunky (possibly due to translation from another language). I was pretty disappointed that the version of android was so old (and not updatable), as I wasn't able to download my favorite apps. But the primary purpose was display advertising, which it does well and the version of android doesn't matter for that. I ended up buying one for each of my 7 locations.

The Display is a marketing and customer interaction game changer. The customer service from the company is top of the top. The delivery was super fast. The set-up takes less than a half hour (provided you have your website set up properly). Connectivity to the Internet is super easy. It connects to the internet in seconds with very fast reaction time. Follow-on display items were added in a looping slideshow type format in less than an hour. The Display is visually clean, easy to use, effective, and intuitive for the client. After installation in our waiting area, many clients gravitated towards The Display and started interacting with it. Every person went looking for information about our programs AND showed interest in doing more business with us. We highly recommend the company AND the product. It is high quality and an amazing value. We will return to buy again a use this at our other businesses.

Want to love it. When it looks good it looks great, but it is soooo slow wish I knew this was an old system before I bought it. Spend the extra and get a new one you can update.

This product arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and was very well packaged and protected. Assembly was straightforward, although the initial setup with my Raspberry Pi media player was a little more challenging. Fortunately, the support team was very responsive and helpful through email, guiding me with the correct USB cable connections. Once everything was set up properly, the unit worked perfectly. The screen resolution is excellent, and the touchscreen response is accurate and smooth. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase.

This thing is awesome! Super sturdy, made mostly of metal, and has good locking casters. The touch screen works really well, and it’s been perfect for turning into a touchscreen jukebox for parties. Big shoutout to the company’s support team too—when I accidentally broke a cable when connecting a mini pc in the back, they sent me a new cable for free and even gave me a video tutorial on how to swap it out. Overall, great quality, great support. Highly recommend!
