Stopped working after 3 months Screen won’t respond consistently does not change screen

Great music player ! However 4weeks after purchasing said player it came up with a message to delete data and i did this then player would not restart or turn off?? I contacted innioasis for help and have had no help to resolve .

I bought Innioasis digital device specifically so I could listen to recorded trainings / lectures / meditations. Although it took time to get this device recognised by my other devices it is now perfect for what I need. The earbuds supplied have been replaced by Sony headphones which makes the sound much better. There's plenty of space to store all the files transferred from my PC. It works for me in a really good way.

Worked fine for a few months but because of the limited capability the audible app (which she uses most) won't update from the app store so has now stopped working because it's such an old version. Add to that the wifi on it now only works at certain times. Like the idea for the product but to stop working after less than 4 months is not worth the money.

I bought this to replace my Mighty Audio and this didn't disappoint. Touchscreen with some built in apps, but can't download anything else. Great for just as a music player, where I use Spotify but can also add your own music into their player.

Innioasis 80GB MP3 Player with Bluetooth and WiFi: For some reason this is aimed at Kids. I’m guessing that most kids would use their phones for the majority of what this has to offer. However it does have a good level of parental controls so would make an excellent alternative if parents were looking to better manage access to apps and internet. That aside I would say this is ideal for anyone, of any age, who likes simple and straightforward, which this is. Once logged in to WiFi I can use this for most things I’d use my tablet for and, if you had an elderly phone, this would provide an alternative to better tech. It has an SDcard which just pops into the side and, other than a charge, it’s ready to go. I love to listen to audio books and this is perfect for that, as well as accessing all manner of music. Great for the car, or at home I tune into a Bluetooth speaker and listen comfortably, but it’s good with headphones too. It’s reasonably priced for its form and function (£70 currently), nicely made and easy to take with you. This offers a good solution if you don’t want kids on their phones but are happy for them to have access to a controlled on-line environment. It’s great for me too…

It was really good but then within a month it stopped working. It wouldnt charge.

Buen producto pero se siente muy ligero y desechable

We have had one of these players for over two years no problems. Purchased one for a second child for Christmas 2024- it’s faulty and won’t turn on. I have been chasing customer service since April with no reply. I provided an order number and requested a replacement - no reply. I’ve submitted new contact enquiry and again, no reply. Posting here as a last ditch attempt.

Okay product. But it's very slow performance and gets disconnected from wifi very often. Also Kindle and some other apps does not work saying the version is not supported in this player as it's outdated. Only amazon music works and that too intermittently. Also the bass and sound is average only like a radio.

Battery doesn't give more life. Once recharged it stays for just 2 hours. Posting the reviews after using for morethan 4months now.
