Delicious!
This is delicious pickle. It's very greasy and salty and it might be made with lye but it's wonderful with chicken. And I love chicken. I really enjoy this achar recipe. Yum

It's very similar to Indian pickle. I expected to chillies to be greener don't know why...anyway, these are authentic chilli pickle.
