Worth it!!
These have been a massive help for our daughter. They taste great which helps a lot! She’s been sleeping so much better, but also falling asleep easier and calmer. We have found them really effective! Will definitely be purchasing again.

We’ve been using these for my daughter for a few months now. Her sleeping regressed terribly at 2.5 years and this helps her calm down before sleep She still wakes up; but 1 wake up is so much better than 7!

Worked really well, my daughter would wake up multiple times during the night. After the second night of taking these she had a full nights sleep undisturbed

Tasty gummies but made no difference to sleep.
Very soft, jelly like and tasty (i had a taste too) but it makes zero difference to my 7yo settling to sleep. I even thought it might be making her getting to sleep worse as this last week has been worse than usual, but having not given her a gummy tonight, she's still having the same issues as the last few nights of taking them. She's fidgeting and tossing and turning more in the last couple of weeks even with the gummies. Such a disappointment as I thought they would help.
