I looked at so many different kinds of products for how hot I can get in my bed and heat flashes. It works for me and what I needed mainly for my heat flashes. This is after my menopause that I am continuing to take it. I like the size, taste, and the ease of swallowing it. It is a larger capsule appeal but if you drink it with fluid it goes down easy. I like to health benefits it also comes with. I cannot comment about the calming effect that it has because I am taking it right before I go to sleep. The effectiveness that it claims does work for me and I have been taking this for about a year. Overall I will continue to buy this. I am pleased with having found this and for the price.

I’ve used these a few times now and I’ve also tried others. These seem to work best for me, and I like everything they have in them. Helps with all menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms.

Hard to tell the affects this far. Been taking for 2 wks. Haven’t noticed much difference yet. Tablet pill form. No taste or scent. Kinda large sized but fine to swallow. Seems like fairly clean ingredients.

This is chockful of powerful ingredients. The recommended dosage is 3, but I had to lower to 1, as the combination of ingredients seemed to cause a headache for me, but it's also sinus-problem season, so I can't be 100% sure it was the supplement. Of course, everyone's body reacts differently, so you have to adjust and try what works for you. I'm thankful to not have to purchase each ingredient separately. It's a nice, unique formula that addresses a lot of annoying issues.
