This safe is just what I was looking for. Well built and nice size for all our needs. Easy to set up and now I feel great that all our items of value will be safe and secure.

This is the nicest safe for the money hands down. I looked at numerous safes and this was without a doubt the best safe. Combo and key lock is a main feature for me. Some were key only. Also this safe was bigger than most for the money. Compared to some it was double the size. Very easy to use and operate and instructions are simple and basic. Love the fact that the key feature is hidden behind the key pad. I like the way the shelves go in and out and can move to fit whatever you are storing. Also very lightweight but not cheap lightweight safe like some others. If I ever need another safe I wouldn’t hesitate and would totally buy another one just like this. AlsoComes with lag bolts to mount to a wall if you choose. Others in past I have had didn’t have that although I didn’t use em, still nice for people that do. 5 stars all the way! THANK YOU!!!

Good overall safe. Spacious. The material is lightweight, which could be a good or bad thing. Being able to remove the shelves was good. Was delivered with a minor dent, hence the four stars.

Ok I love the size of this safe, not to big and not too small.I do have one gripe, it comes with great lag bolts but the holes are 10"apart, no anyone here in the USknows studs ate 16" canter on center so 10" will anchor one in a stud and one in a wall w no stud. It does come with plastic wall anchors that will hold it in and I do suppose that indeed the safe itself is is only 15"wide so spacing holes 16" apart is an impossibility.This safe will be a deterrent but if you are buying it for the crown jewels it will only slow down someonenot stop them. I would also suggest that although they list it as fireproof and waterproof that depending on what you are storing you get a few waterproof / fireproof bags to go in the safe and a little container of damp rid.NOW on the plus side, when you bolt this down to the floor and / or the wall its not going anywhere. Its cumbersome to carry by itself and would not be easily transported. With the use of the keypad it will give you quick and easy access, and if you are like me and worry about dead batteries on the keypad it comes with keys so you really can get in this fast.This will fit nicely in a closet and has ample room for handguns, and jewelry and other medium items.Its fast enough to enter that you can access it right away yet it will keep others out.> Great size, > Rapid entry > secure and immovable when bolted down.

I purchased the safe for my mother. There’s been some cash that was missing throughout the house. So I decided to give this to her as a Mother’s Day gift. I know, I know! I should’ve gotten Mom something different, but she actually liked the safe. To me, it was a good gift because that’s what she wanted. And as everyone knows if Mom’s happy, EVERYONE is happy!

There is nothing truthful about the add for this product.1. It is not really a real safe; it's more like a file cabinet with a digital lock. The three sides, bottom and top are as thick as a file cabinet (about 1.5 cm, or the thickness of a penny). The front (door) is just shy of 3 cm thick, (the thickness of two pennies). Anyone could use a drill or an angle grinder and get through this in under 60 seconds.2. It is not fireproof due to the thinness of all sides. There is no insulation in the walls to mitigate the heat of a fire. This affords the same fire proaction as a skillet you cook in.3. It is not waterproof. There is no rubber gaskets on any of the 4 sides of the door or 4 sides of the safe. It is not even water resistant. There are two holes in the floor of the safe that would allow water to come in if your floor was flooded. Not everyone wants to secure the safe to the floor with lag bolts and for those who do not, the safe does not come with any rubber or silicone plugs for these holes in the floor of the safe.4. Other poor quality issues: The paint is thin and already showing wear and scratches just from being inside the container it came in. The plastic around the lock is extremely thin and brittle feeling. The plastic battery covers are less thick than you would find on the battery cover of almost any item out there, such as a toy remote controlled car. Overall, everything is very cheap.If it were not for the fact that I need it today to secure some valuables before heading out of state for a few weeks, I would return this, however, a digital lock on a glorified file cabinet is better than nothing this late in the day.Spend your money on an actual safe that is too thick to drill, insulated for heat and has rubber gaskets to make it water tight.

This safe is heavy, but not too heavy. It's super easy to open and I like that you can either use the number pad or you can use a key. It fits right into my closet so that it's out of the way.

NOT 5 cu. ft.! By any stretch. It can fit inside the 4cuft safe it’s replacing. You can see both safes side-by-side in the picture. Still works for what we need, but if you actually need 5cubics, move on to another one.
