"Mail Online"? Really?
Really interesting and enjoyable but I have to question the ethics and validity of someone who cites the "Mail Online" so frequently. Given that even Wikipedia no longer accept the "Mail" as a valid source of information, this leaves me questioning everything contained within. Aside from that, the main function of this book, for me, was to make me think about cross-modality and how is could affect my own practice, outside of the food world: as such, it is worth reading.

"Astrophysics" is a culinary version of the experience economy. A book that was way ahead of its time and still is extremely relevant. The book explains how science and technology are enhancing the experience of a meal. The same every business should look at enhancing and improving their business, and that is why this book is relevant to every CEO, entrepreneur and marketer. Guaranteed to make you think. Combine the book with โWork Cleanโ. Master chefs are innovation machines.

This book changes your life
This book says the way different colour plates affect the food, how other senses interact with taste and so much more. It is indispensable for a professional cook but it can also help an amateur cook to enjoy more his/her meal. Probably the best book I have ever read.

The thing I find most annoying about this book is the constant mentioning of the word 'gastrophysics', 'gastrophysicist'. It's OK as a joke in the title but bother sticking it all over the place? Save some paper and your reader's time.

Hard to digest
Book ordered and delivered in very good time. I was disappointed with the book as there was too much emphasis on the science and the general message was diluted and didn't come across well.

All images in Momotone :(
Was a little surprised to find all the images in monotone, especially considering the subject the book is exploring.
