I usually start my Amazon shopping adventure by reading the negative reviews. Often I turn away from a product because of them. However, I also read the postive ones and I'm glad I didn't let the naysayers deter me from this purchase. Mine came with a handy-damdy extension piece which allows for easy sizing. Lose or gain a few pounds, you will still still be able to adjust the length to your circumference without needing to purchase a replacement. I find this lumbsr brace/belt comfortable, easily adjustable and effective. It helps stabilize my compromised lower back which has withstood more than one discectomy/lamenectomy. The pully system adds stability without compromising the ability to move freely. The compression is easily adjustable. Overall, wearing the brace gives a feeling of assurance that injury can be avoided by a sudden accidental movement. The quality appears to be excellent. The material is breathable. The price certainly seems fair for what you receive. There is a useful removable stiffener that adds to support when needed, but can be removed when additional comfort is desired. This is the second back brace I own. I misplaced the original for a time and really can't do without. This one is lighter than the first, but just as useful. I use them alternately. I think one of the reasons I chose to purchase this one is it's pretty! Am very happy with this product.

I’ve never had back issues or needed a back brace before. The other day I sprained my lower back while on a work trip. I didn’t have access to a measuring tape so I don’t know what size to buy. I wear a size 31 Levi’s, that’s all I knew. From the existing reviews, I was able to narrow it down and I ordered a large. I didn’t pay for expedited shipping but my brace arrived the next morning. I was able to pull it out of the bag, put it on and I received instant relief from the pain. The design has a lumbar support pad on the inside can can be adjusted with a Velcro attachment. The outside lumbar support is a stiff plastic that is solid but still allows for me to move around and sit comfortably. Although there were instructions, I was able to just put it on and adjust it. There is a thick band that velcros to make the band tight. Then, there are 2 side bands that are attached to the smaller bands to get a tighter fit. I could have gotten away with a medium. I am 5’4” and around 150 lbs. This also comes with an extender that allows for probably 5-6 more inches. Although mine is a little bigger, there is no compromise on the fit or function due to the smart design. The next day, I received an email asking if I had any questions, it said there is a 30 day warranty and lifetime customer support. I really appreciate this product that almost instantly takes my back pain away, feels great and works as a waist trainer and the customer behind it. Excellent product!

Stability / Quality: It stays in place and doesn’t shift around. The build quality feels solid and durable. Overall: This brace does exactly what it’s supposed to do: provide proper lumbar support. It’s not a replacement for core strengthening or exercise, but as a medical support product, it works extremely well. I genuinely feel the difference when I wear it and would absolutely recommend it.

I love it but if you are basic Queen definitely sometimes it rolls I do love that it has the extender band and it fits very well as long as I'm standing it is quality and very nice. Gives me some relief on my low back pain not all release helps me stand a little bit longer with that it gives me a little more Mobility

Bought for my mom and she likes it. Well made overall, and comes with a spine pad as well as an extension which I assume is for when wearing over heavy clothes or if weight is gained? Light wearing and good lower back support. Stays are no too high up or stiff to bother her, and a tapered cut to the belt so it rides slightly lower under your ribs.

As I can see this back brace you sent is extraordinary and made with love and quality materialswith the most thoughtful design, I'd ever seen for a backbrace. I have to have an extender for this back brace because it's just needs a little more room for me. I need it to be just more than the 63 inches provided. But so you could say oh, if you needed to be 63 inches, be prepared to consider a backbrace extender which you can purchase separately, but you can say, this is versatility, because I am a grown man, and my wife also needs back support as a teacher. So she can wear the back brace and it will support her, too, and she won't swimming in it, and it won't slip down on her, like if they had made it a bit bigger, and it is the right size for her and many others. I can wear it with an extender so we can both get support from this one. Amazing backbrace, and we both need it. So we both really appreciate it. How very nice it is, and the design of the back brace is quite stellar. You can tell the time and caring that went into designing and making this, so thank you FreeToo, for making a great back brace. One of the things that I like specifically about this is that it has the Springs on the side, which is something that's not easy to find with a lumbar pad that is very large and generous. Well made well padded and one of the things. That's really nice about this. Is that it's soft on the inside. For somebody who's going to be wearing this against their skin. And they have soft and delicate skin. It's absolutely a requirement if you're going to be wearing it underneath your clothing for it to be. As soft as possible and so this is as durable as possible. Just as supportive as possible and the supportive underneath the padding. Those stays that hold everything in place and support. Things from underneath those are positioned, just right. They are high quality, They're insulated well from any discomforts and provide support.

I really like this back brace — it has a very good support system and feels strong and secure when lifting or standing for long periods. The straps are easy to adjust and it definitely helps reduce lower back strain. However, the upper edge has a seam that is a bit stiff, and after wearing it for a few hours it can cause some irritation on the skin. If they improved or softened that stitching, it would be perfect. Overall, great support, but just be aware you may want to wear it over a shirt to avoid irritation.

OMGGGGG IMMEDIATE RELIEF when I put it on!!! My lumbar pain has had me crying for a week, the pain has been that bad. I were it for an hour or so, this morning I dont even feel like I was ran over by a train. Soft comfortable not stiff. LOVE IT!!!

Ho acquistato questa fascia per un supporto extra durante gli sforzi e devo dire che è di ottima qualità. Le cuciture e i velcri sono resistenti, fatti per durare. Ho trovato molto comoda la prolunga (le fasce elastiche aggiuntive) che permette di regolare la compressione in modo millimetrico. Il supporto lombare è efficace e dà subito una sensazione di protezione alla schiena. Consigliatissima!

It's exactly as stated, but want to note that the metal bars in the material once you bend it, it will stay bent, unless you bend it back the other way, this could change the shape of the metal over time if you keep bending it, here n there, so suggest try not to bend it too many times, it also bends easier when heated from the body. The best thing to do is put it on and let the shape of your body form the shape of the metal tabs inside the product. It's good support, and the velcro adhesives are very strong, it's easy to put on, hand wash only though I guess If I could pick a problem with this, I would say the colour is too bright for me to wear outside the clothes, but it's not really a negative more preference. Washing it by hand is annoying that would be my one and only real negatives, but didn't affect my review. This product helps with back pains from over exercising or when getting older. It's high quality, and extreemely well made materials, it goes on with the F at the top on the outside, from the FREETOO brand name, pointing upwards. The size guide is as stated, measure it from the stomach end, not the waist, because your supposed to put it on, by over the stomach/belly button area. It's comfortable to wear, and I find it supports my back. Personally other ones I've tried were good, but were a little off my size, this one is better but still maybe a little too big for me, I must be losing weight. This doesn't matter I just pull the straps, and make it tighter, so in the end it's a great product.

The FREETOO Lumbo-Sacral Back Brace arrived well packaged the back brace was I a zip lock bag with full instructions. The back brace is very well made with the inside back support made of soft padded material, the brace is comfortable to wear and very easy to adjust, the back brace is fitted round the waist and it fastens with velcro, once it is adjusted the compression straps are adjusted and secured with velcro, I found it very comfortable to wear and my back definitely felt supported. I am reviewing the size large and it has plenty of room to adjust to different waist sizes, I am really pleased with it.

When i ordered this I thought it was going to be a standard neoprene belt. I was completely wrong! This is a very different type of back belt! This has massive support, adjustable internal support for the lower back, very strong materials, and adjustable side straps. This is absolutely brilliant! Recommended.

Mia diagnosi: Ernia al disco L5-S1 ed artrite lombare con conseguente dolore. Altezza 178 cm x 85 kg tonicità muscolare buona, taglia scelta "M". ⚠️ Come dicono tutti in altre recensioni , va usata con cautela, perché a lungo termine potrebbe compromettere la tonicità dei muscoli del core, dunque addominale e fianchi. ✅ Per il suo scopo, funziona benissimo ed è comoda. Nella mia esperienza mi sta aiutando molto ad affrontare le giornate in fase di dolore acuto ed attenuare il dolore. Le dimensioni risultano ideali per la mia corporatura. 😍 Personalmente dall'annuncio non avevo notato la presenza delle "bacchette" di sostegno ma devo ammettere che sono molto ben fatte ed influiscono sulla portanza generale. L'ho usata in palestra e lavoro, sorregge bene, traspirante e comoda. Ho avuto una piccola dermatite che credo sia dovuta all'utilizzo prolungato della fascia (5 ore) molto stretta, che mi è passato il giorno successivo. Concludo dicendo che non sarà sicuramente la fascia a garantire una guarigione o l'eliminazione del problema, ma sicuramente può aiutare a combattere il problema in accoppiata ad una buona terapia farmacologica e riabilitativa. 👍🏽 La consiglio a tutti coloro che come me hanno avuto o combattono problemi alla schiena.
