This bag is actually superb. I LOVE the style- and way more sturdy that I had thought it was going to be. I can carry my notebooks, pens, bulky over-ear headphones, tablet, laptop, charger, mouse and keyboard in it all very comfortably. I will be purchasing the other sizes because I love them so much. (HOWEVER- I am 5"2- and the strap is fairly large. Friends on the smaller size should consider this. I will be sewing it to fit smaller.)

I use sling backpacks because I can't put a lot of sustained pressure on one shoulder due to an injury. I really liked the features and design of this, but it's been a bit of a struggle. Mine has a factory defect -- the side pocket was sewn with two of the same magnetic closure buttons, instead of one that snaps into the other, so it does not close (until I sew one in myself). I've also found that the strap adjustment buckle is quite loose, so I frequently need to re-tighten it or shorten the strap completely (by unclipping it from the bottom, tying the bottom of the strap in a knot, then re-clipping it -- it's not ideal, but it works. I could permanently shorten the strap but that would mean I could not carry as much or as thick a load when needed, plus also involves sewing). I do love the number and variety of pockets at every level, and I do use all of them to organize things and have some within one-handed reach like pens, a pill case, my keys, etc. The middle outside pocket is large enough for both a large phone charger and my phone (and a long cable), which I love as I can keep them together without anything else damaging them, and they don't wind up at the very bottom of my bag when I get a call. The double-zippers for the main closure are very much appreciated. The zippers for the other pockets are a little loose, which is probably better than difficult. The bottle pocket holds a good-sized water bottle, and holds it secure while biking, although I may need to re-enforce it as it is held tight by only one thin elastic. The bottom buckle features are purely ornamental. I removed them, but that was just my preference. The outside flap is water-resistant, but the rest of the bag is questionable. I haven't had anything inside get wet, but I usually have an umbrella (also fits in the water bottle pocket) if it's raining and haven't attempted taking it out in extended downpours. It's been a good-enough-to-keep bag, of decent quality, but not one that fully meets or exceeds expectations. It's solid enough I won't need to replace it for several years, although some parts may wear out more quickly (I'm concerned about the bottle pocket). I did not contact the manufacturer about the factory defect of the outside snap pocket -- I really would suggest that first if you wind up with the same issue and are unhappy with it. My rating is not based on their customer service, just with the bag needing enough DIY to make it more of a project and less of a pure purchase.

I absolutely love this bag. It has replaced my diaper bag. I can carry so much in it that I need with the twins from their water bottle, snacks, diapers/wipes, my phone/wallet/keys, and still have room for other items. I love that I can wear it crossbody or over one shoulder. It is easy to clean, and is a sturdy fabric but I am still able to smush it down if I need to. i love the amount of pockets and their sizes, they range from cellphone size to big enough for a small laptop. I think this bag is replacing numerous other bags, not just my diaper bag.
