Good fan controller
Easy to install and operate with cam software. Allows for a cleaner look with less headers filled on your motherboard, and of course you need it with the 8 pin nzxt fans.

Incomplete by design
It does what I needed it to with the few components it came with but I had higher hopes for the future. it only comes with one of the Nzxt proprietary 8 pin flat connector And I don't see any way to buy additional ones. What use are these 2 additional ports without connectors? Wtf NZXT? without the connectors I only can control 2 fans with this unit. (Also annoying there's no non-rgb version. God I'm sick of rgb nonsense—not a knock against this being a probably low volume item but I'm so sick of rgb in everything under the sun). Ship with 2 more flat 8 pin connectors or make them purchasable please!!!

Works great.
Worked perfect. Just make sure you have an open USB 2.0 header on your motherboard and a pcie 8 pin to power it. Magnets aren't very strong but it comes with double sided Velcro.

Get the other nzxt rgb fan controller
Taking up a pcie port when psu’s don’t come with many is not worth it just get the other nzxt controller that takes up a sata port on the psu instead

Make sure this is the one you want!!
It's the wrong NTXZ controller for me. It's limited in it's use if you're using the older fans that don't use the 8-pin connectors. The other negative is the need to use a PCIe power cable from your PSU. So if you're short on PCIe ports then this won't work for you. I did return and got the NTXZ hub product #AC-CRFR0-B1-6 which work out WAY better. As for build quality, it's great as if with most NTXZ products.

Read Before you Buy
Just to give everyone a warning, you need a PCU cable to power the NZXT Control Hub make sure you check if you have the appropriate cables/Power supply otherwise it will not work
