BUT, when I ran out of liners, I used a regular trash bag and it worked until I could get more continuous liners. Works both ways which I love! Convertible: Once diaper days are over, it can be converted into a regular trash can, making it a long-term investment. Cons: Refill Cost: While the continuous liner system is convenient, refill bags can be pricier compared to standard trash bags. Smell: When taking out a full dirty liner, the smell is rather unpleasant (to be expected), but some of the smell remains in the pail. I never smell it though unless I open the pail to deposit another diaper. **a fix for this issue—I spray essential oil odor eliminator spray into the can and liner! Only complaint is the size as it needs to be changed frequently but the scent is nonexistent until you open it! Liquids and smell somewhat seep through the bags as they sometimes have small holes ans they are pretty thin but the bag length is great and lasts a long time!

This diaper pail is a great bang for your buck! Just as good as the name brands (I have one of those too). Does not get jammed like my other diaper pail. The only issue I have is that it does not fit quite as many diapers in it, but it still fits a lot. It is in my bedroom and I have no issues with odor and the lid always closes.

We’ve owned diaper genies in the past and they are just so expensive so we decided to try this one instead. The bags that came inside of it were incredible and I was almost convinced that they were endless because they lasted us for almost 2 months and that’s with a newborn, and everyone knows that they go through diapers constantly. The refill bags are very affordable. This diaper pill is just slightly shorter than a diaper genie, but I think that it works even better and I love it.

The design is cool and all but with 2 toddlers it stinks in under a day. We put it in our garage and within hours of just 2 diapers in there the entire garage smells like we put them straight in the open trash can. Not sure why there are so many rave reviews on this- maybe it’s ok for newborn diapers but NOT toddler poop.
