Excellent Water Dispenser
I love this little water dispenser. It’s the perfect size for small kitchens. Easy to move around unlike other dispensers that are too heavy to move when full. No problems with the spout. No leaking and easy to use. I would place on a nonslip surface as it can move as your dispensing water. Not having nonslip feet is my only complaint. It’s easy to maintain and all the parts are accessible for cleaning. The filter is by far the best filter I’ve used compared to other brands. Removes all the smells and other nasties. Tested it with tap water, ran through the filter and used in my water distiller and it left almost no residue in the distiller meaning the filter removed almost everything from the water. The best thing of all is you only have to change the filter once a year and you can clean the filter between changes unlike other brands. You don’t have to worry about bacteria or mold making your dispenser their home. Overall this product is perfect and designed well.

Poor Design
This was a poor choice. I trusted life straw for a quality product. I bought this suit for my daughter in February but she didn’t use it right away. Started using it just about 3 weeks ago and it leaked water all over the refrigerator and made a big mess. It’s too late too return it so I’m out the entire cost of the filter pitcher plus a years worth of replacement filters.

Love this!
I love this dispenser. It’s sleek and nice enough for a bathroom sink, desk, kitchen, anywhere. Others have complained it leaks but other than a drip after dispensing, it hasn't been my experience.

Lifestraw pitcher
I really like this item but the plastic rim at the top (it is something similar to styrene) that the lid fits into is quite thin and for me broke after about a months use. I glued it and hopefully it will hold

Leaked after one month, don't waste your money
Worked well for 1 month and water tasted fine, then started to leak profusely one day in the fridge. I bought this to try despite all the reviews of leaking, hoping for user error or faulty batches, but I was wrong. Really wanted to use lifestraw to upgrade from brita, but the bigger one also has many complaints of leaking and the hand pour pitcher has lots of complaints of slow filtering AND requires being filled multiple times to fill it up once. Will probably be switching to culligan or zero water whatever, hopefully life straw can update their home dispensers.

It works, but has design or/and production flaws. Not worth cost -$$$
Dang, I researched this product and found it had top reviews. So I purchased it. Immediately I noticed that the top didn't close snugly, and found it odd that it wasn't airtight (like most water filters). I had continual problems with black mold forming on the inside of the top cover. Additionally, I live in Gilroy, CA, and we have wood ants. They are able to get through the gaps in the cover/lid, and into the water, where they drown. Making the water contaminated. I quit using it after 6 months or so, gave it to my sister; she lives where there aren't any wood ants.

Removes parasites.......SOLD!
I was on the hunt for a water filter that went beyond just chlorine and taste, and the LifeStraw Home pitcher completely won me over. It’s literally the only home water pitcher I found that removes parasites—that fact alone had me sold. On top of that, it also filters out lead, PFAS, microplastics, and other nasty stuff most brands don’t touch. The water tastes crisp, clean, and fresh with zero chemical aftertaste. I feel way better knowing my family is drinking water that’s actually safe. It looks great on the counter, pours easily, and the company’s mission to provide clean water globally is something I feel good supporting. If you're serious about what goes into your body, this is the filter to get.

Failed to function due to faulty tap
It was good until the tap fell off shortly after it was used. Failed to thrive nor function. Also the product needs to be sold with a secure stand
