Every now and then I like to add a probiotic into my diet to keep my gut microbiome healthy and happy. I've typically used capsules in the past, but have recently become aware of how incredibly effective (and efficient) liquid probiotics are. I've actually used TeraGanix products in my garden before and they blew me away so when I saw that they had created this liquid probiotic, I was really pumped. These guys have an incredible knowledge of microorganisms, and if this product can do for me what the plant foods have done for my garden, then I'm in good shape! The flavor was super mild (I added into a little bit of cherry juice) and even my kid didn't turn up her nose at it, so that's a pretty solid sign. The whole family is going to take a dose daily and see how how it affects our gut health. I'll report back!

Absolutely loving this liquid prebiotic! The tanginess adds a refreshing kick when mixed with juice or lemon water. It's become a delightful part of my daily routine, and I can already feel the positive effects on my digestion. Highly recommend!

I've used lots of probiotics and I switch them around so that I'm getting different gut flora. This one deserves to stay in my rotation and has proven itself. I'd recommend it, and they've also given us a better price then some of the other versions of Em1 for people. You can also use it to make more for yourself, so you won't have to buy as frequently.

This has been a great daily probiotic, good bang for your buck. Comes with an easy dropper to measure out. Will definitely be buying again.

is there any alcohol in it? It smells and tastes like alcohol. I can't even get return or use this product. complete rip off :(
