To be able to travel to work, on vacation, sitting at my desk, etc with this has been an absolute life changer. It helps so much with period cramps and back pain to be able to walk around with it on. The battery life hasn’t been a problem, I just charge after most long uses. The vibration is not necessary and more of an annoyance if I accidentally turn on. Would highly recommend to people who have bad period cramps and need something portable!

I bought this back in July and used this for the third time recently. Once it went out of battery, I plugged in the device to charge it. I probably charged it for good 2 days and it still doesn't turn on. Tried to return it through manufacturer's website, since it's past the return date, except it's not an eligible website. I had to contact Amazon customer service to get this returned. I really liked it when it worked, but sad that it's only couple-time use :(

I purchased these as a gift for my young adult daughters. They love them because they both work from home and they could easily wear this while they walk on their desk, treadmill or do simple tasks around the house helps relieve your monthly period cramps

Pros: - Heats up super fast, within seconds - Obviously nice to be cord-free - Sits pretty flat against you, doesn't stick out a lot - Adjustable strap so you can get the fit just right - With daily use (I used it for about 3-4 hours a day) it holds charge for a couple days. Easy to charge; even if you lose the cord it comes with, it's just a USB-C. - Auto-shutoff is nice Cons: - Vibration level is a joke. It's about as strong as your phone vibrating. Absolutely not a "massage" like it claims. They have the nerve to call one of the vibration settings a "kneading" massage lol. I don't even try to use it anymore, it tickles more than it massages. - With only 4 heat settings, there is a big jump between each setting. The lowest setting is not hot enough for me, I can't even feel it through clothes. The second is a little too hot, even through clothes, to the point that I have to twist it around from my belly to my back every 5-10 minutes because it gets uncomfortably hot in one spot. And I have a pretty high heat tolerance - I like very hot showers and use a heating pad frequently . Even I cannot imagine wearing it on the third and fourth settings, would be WAY too hot. - Small coverage area, it only covers about the size of your hand or so. I have to shift it around a lot to cover more areas. - The clasp easily pops open when you press it. I've accidentally hit with my arm a couple of times and it falls off. Overall, it's nice to have as a cordless option, but I'm sure there are better cordless options out there. For the price, I'll keep it just in case, but I will keep looking.
