It won’t turn on after the first week of use.

This product was plugged in immediately and left to charge for 8 hours. I read and followed all instructions and it did not work. I had it my possession for 24 hours and returned it. I am disappointed that I can not getting my refund for almost 30 days! The product was defective! I will make sure next time that purchase is backed by Amazon.
