My son’s sneakers were more like vans fitting slip on shoes. We felt like he needed a more comfortable, and support of sneaker to make our way through two days of lots of walking. I am so grateful that I found the sneakers! I’m only giving at four stars because they are slightly bigger than expected. I noticed that was a common thread, however, with little kids, half sizes are always an option. Besides being slightly too big, the shoes worked fabulous! My son was very comfortable wearing these two days in a row with lots of walking. He has since worn them very often on a day-to-day basis. I won't be able to say if they are durable, because I just got them (and durability seems to be a problem with shoes for boys, these days) but my son loves them and says they are comfortable. I kept them because he thought they were cool and tried them on and wanted to keep them. They were a good price and arrived quickly.
